Tea and Coffee Packaging

There is a lot of effort put in to make sure the tea and coffee is properly sourced from growers that are reliable and make them planet-friendly. So why not make sure your packaging is the same. The correct packaging offers secure storage for the products at hand, and it gives you a chance to show the customers that you have just what you’ve got brewing.

With more and more leaves and beans getting packaged in new ways, especially eco-friendly ways, you may wonder if there are new ways that do help give the whole brown bags an overhaul? The answer, yes, and here are some ways to make your coffee packaging stand out.

The ink, Material, and the Finish Used

If you want to make sure that your coffee brand is sustainable, then you want to make sure that you utilize Kraft packaging.

These materials are easy to recycle, and when you combine them with other sustainable aspects, they are super enhanced to showcase the brand as better, more eco-friendly, and a lot better off as well.

Try to make sure that you use water-based or soy inks, as this is sustainable, and it’s actually a way to show that you care about the eco-friendly packaging that’s there. Plus, what’s cool is that it qualifies as biodegradable packaging, so there you go.

Lamination, along with finishes, are super important, and they give the box the layer that’s there to protect it, and it prevents it from being dented or scratched up.

One thing of note however, is that if you use lamination, it’s not going to be as eco-friendly. The alternative for this are aqueous varnishes, which offer the same kind of protection, and are considered water -based, which make them the superior choice for going green.

Paper Galore!

If you want to be eco-friendly with your beans, then you want to have them in something that’s paper. But you don’t need to package them in the same old bland, boring boxes that are out there.

Go creative, and try to get some trays, paper tubes, and paper sleeves. You can also try paper bags to make this even better, as the packaging ensures that the products do attract the customers when they are displayed within the store. The cool thing with paper tubes and trays is you can also get some eco-friendly inserts to make your packaging even better too.

Sleeves and Stickers

Finally, you’ve got the sleeves and stickers. If you’ve got the existing stickers and sleeves, or maybe existing containers and cans that are made of tin, you can still use those. While they may not be as eco-friendly, glass and tin are still good for offering premium packaging for coffee.

Adding some stickers or a sleeve for packaging also are great for branding, are simple to assemble, and they are custom-made to look on the canvas, displaying the branding and the other materials that you have to offer as well.

Sleeves are wonderful for tea beans and leaves, and if you do sell your own unique cold brews, or bottled coffee, consider adding a per sleeve to this. The beauty of these is that they’re economical, and they’re super easy to design.

This is a great option for making sure that your packaging is great, is caught up with the current times, and easy for you to use.

When it comes to coffee and coffee bean packaging, you’ll definitely want to look at all of this and make it work. The best thing for you to do at this point, is to make sure as well that you incorporate these.
